We are all soujourners in this world for a short time, and it is up to each and every one of us to use the time we have been blessed with wisely, learning to sing our true song, learning to dance the dance we have come here to perform.
The tapestry of my life seems to be finding the flow between the steps, the I-Thou of the stillness that exists in the space between, the pattern that connects some very diverse and eclectic puzzle pieces. As a result, I have put this site together as a portal of entrance to enable a bit of cohesive structure in an attempt to ground my life dance in place - even if it is a place of virtual space.
The information linked to through this portal will include gleanings into the wisdoms picked up in my journey through life, be it as author, dancer, speaker, performer, facilitator, explorer, spiritual questor, health coach, or all around celebrator of the strange and unusual.

assortment of steps and quests that go into making up the choreography of my life's dance.
When I talk about the Art of Living in Triple Harmony, I refer to the alignment of body, mind and spirit into a fourth harmonious element (equal to more then the sum of its parts), the fully realized human being engaged whole-heartedly in the Artistry of Conscious Evolution.
